The goal of this program is to increase the global distribution and geographic diversity of Gnosis Chain validator nodes. To incentivize this, GnosisVIP is offering bounties of 338 mGNO (~$1,350) to geographically uncorrelated validators that meet the bounty criteria. Having this diversity in validation geography insures against correlated failures due to natural disasters or adversarial regulatory regimes.

In order to qualify for and claim your bounty, validators staking a minimum of (1) GNO since April 19, 2023 must meet the following requirements:

The Geographic Diversity Program takes place within 12 months starting from April 19, 2023, where, in addition to the 15% APR PoS rewards, validators are eligible to receive up to 338 mGNO (~$1,350) incentive rewards based on their up status and running in the PoS network over 6 months as a validator.
Eligible Gnosis validators are able to claim mGNO rewards every 30 days, totaling 338 mGNO (~$1,350) over 6 months.
